PageZipper: no ‘next page’ button

The math behind calculating the value of any website based on page views is very simple. There is a direct proportionality between page views and profitability. And most of the website owners use a little trick to increase their page views with the help of a ‘next button’.

Even if it’s not about profitability, it’s actually a little annoying for any reader to read an article going through a series of ‘next page’ button. PageZipper is a very useful tool for such annoyed web users. This tool has been known for a while. It merges articles spanned across multiple pages into a single page view.

With PageZipper, as you reach the bottom of a page, the tool automatically adds the next page to the bottom of the page you are on. You don’t have to click any ‘next button’ as PageZipper will automatically detect for a next link on the page and you can read the article as in a print out copy.

Features:

·         Easy to install

·         Adds the next page to the bottom of the page you are currently viewing

·         Click the arrow in the toolbar to directly go to the next page without scrolling

·         Automatically resizes the images to fit the browser window

There are many other commonly used apps such as Instapaper that can be used to have an unencumbered reading experience. PageZipper can also be added to that list of apps. But it won’t work on sites that use java script to load the next page.
